Refund Policy

Jewelry in unused and original condition can be returned within 14 days. The jewelry must be unworn, with all original tags attached, packaging intact, and no signs of use. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of used or worn jewelry. To qualify for a refund, your returned item must reach our facility within this 14-day window. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise.

We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please send a video of you opening the package along with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item and your order number to info@dordelights.com within 14 days from the delivery date. Once we verify your claim, we will assist you with the return procedure.

Please note, we do not offer free replacements after 14 days from the delivery date. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@dordelights.com.

Once your return arrives at our facility, it may take up to 5-10 business days to process. We will update you via email regarding your refund, store credit, or replacement.
