1 Can I have a sample order for LED light?
Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
2 What is the lead time?
Sample needs 3–7 days. For bulk orders, production usually takes 20–30 days depending on the quantity.
3 Do you accept ODM or OEM?
Yes, we offer both ODM and OEM services. Your logo can be printed on the lamp or packaging.
4 Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our solar street lights come with 3–5 years warranty depending on the model.
5 How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?
We ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT for samples (3–7 days). For bulk orders, sea or air shipping is available and takes 15–30 days depending on destination.
6 What about after-sales service?
We have a dedicated after-sales team to support technical issues, installation guidance, and handle any feedback or complaints promptly.
