Can I have a sample order for led light?
Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
What about the lead time?
Samples need 3-5 days, while mass production time requires 10-15 days. The actual delivery time depends on the order quantity and production plan.
Do you have any MOQ limit for led light orders?
We offer a low MOQ, and a 1pc sample for checking is available. This depends on whether the order is for standard products or customized products.
Is it OK to print my logo on led light products?
Yes, customized logos on lights or packaging boxes are supported. Please inform us formally before production and confirm the design based on our sample. Additional fees may apply if the MOQ is not met.
Do you offer a guarantee for the products?
Yes, we offer a 3 to 5-year warranty on our products. During the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new orders for small quantities. For defective batch products, we will repair and resend them to you or discuss a suitable solution.
What certificates do you have for the led lights?
For commercial and residential lighting, we hold CE, ROHS, UL, and ETL certificates. For explosion-proof lighting, we have CNEX, ATEX, and IECEX certificates to meet standard requirements in different countries.
